Refund policy

US customers

If you need to make a return or exchange, you may do so within 30 days of your order. If your garment is unwashed/unworn, we will gladly swap your item and ship back to you free of charge. Please note, exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value. Simply contact us at orders@lordsofharlech.com and include your order number in the message. We offer free returns.

Refunds will take 5 - 7 day to return to original payment method once item is received

Global customers

Exchanges and refunds are available if the item shipped was in error or defective.  Please contact us directly for arrangements.  Please reach out to us directly if you have questions about sizing or fit to ensure that the item purchased will meet your expectations.
